Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all alligator-branded tags and protective liners remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or ship out your new exchange.
